MISSION

This is your opportunity to join a young and ambitious team of internal auditors where you will be in charge of conducting internal audits on all processes of the organisation (finance, operations, sales and marketing ...) as well as across the globe in our international franchise network. Your focus will be to identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement (best practices) and also to foster fraud prevention.

RESPONSABILITIES

Reporting to the Group audit manager, liaising with the executive committee and the audit committee,

You will play an active role in the continuous improvement of the Group internal control framework by auditing processes, designing recommendations and following up on their implementation. You will also be involved in special projects upon request of Group Top Management.

English will be your working language for day-to-day performance of audit engagements and reporting to Group top management.

You will also co-operate with our local auditors in charge of the operational controls of our network.

This role requires a commitment to travel approximately 40% of your time mainly around Europe but also to other locations in Africa or in Asia.

PROFILE

Your communication and analytical skills as well as your motivation and team spirit will play a key role in your success.

You hold a university or Business School degree in finance and / or accounting and have at least 4 years working experience with a Big Four firm or as an internal auditor with an international company.

You are fluent in English and in another European language (German, Italian, Spanish or French).

A good command of the Microsoft office package, especially Excel is a minimum requirement, with experience of ACL (internal auditing system) an asset.

MISSION

Europcar is looking a V.I.E. to support the Controlling department of Europcar International.

The candidate will be based the first 4 months in Europcar International Headquarters (St Quentin en Yvelines) to take part in the holding controlling process, before joining the controlling department of Europcar Spain (Madrid) for a 18-month period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

His/her main responsibilities are to support the Controlling Managers by taking part in and gaining field experience in:

• Controlling in Europcar Headquarters (first 4 months)
• o Familiarization with Europcar reporting structure (reporting cycles, structure of standard reports including definitions of car rental specific items of income statement and statistics, relationship to group accounting process and procedures)
• o Training on Europcar reporting tool (FCRS, FCRS-VAL)
• o Support Europcar International Controlling team on ad-hoc analyses and reporting activities

• Controlling in Europcar Spain (last 14 months)
• o Help to set-up the new financial reporting and to put it in line with Europcar Group standards
• o Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget/forecast

MISSION

Europcar International (holding of the Europcar Group) is looking for an Online Marketing Manager. He/She will be responsible for the SEM activity (Search Engine Marketing), including PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search engine Optimization), for Europcar International.

RESPONSIBILITES

Under the authority of the E-commerce Manager, you draw up and follow the internal PPC campaigns (organisation, budget, reporting...). You ensure the management of all quality traffic acquisition campaigns with the support of the other team members (3 people), and you oversee the current campaigns ran by external agency.

Moreover, you are in charge of the SEO and e-marketing strategies development / coordination for countries, as well as of the online traffic activity monitoring.

Lastly, you are responsible for the affiliate policy.

Your daily activities will be, among others :

• - Optimize our SEM as well as our online marketing process (PPC, Trusted feeds, sponsored links)
• - Draw up and analyse search engine keywords performance,
• - Manage and develop the PPC sponsorship,
• - Manage e-commerce projects by working closely with the e-commerce manager, the IT team and the web agencies,
• - Ensure the weekly/monthly reporting and analysis for the SEM, SEO and other online marketing campaigns,
• - Set up indicators for cost, traffic and sales monitoring,
• - Implement and coordinate SEM and SEO activities between ECI (holding) and countries,
• - Update SEM campaigns in coordination with marketing and pricing teams, for instance by creating dedicated promotional pages, etc.
• - Measure the conversion rate and ROI of our online marketing campaigns,
• - Understand and articulate the competitive landscape, research the latest trend in online marketing,

PROFILE

Previous experience :  minimum 3-years experience in online marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC) within an international firm, having developped a sound proficiency in search engines, in particular in the ranking algorithms used by these websites. You have already dealt with budget and forecasts.

Education level : Master degree in the marketing field

Computer skills : Perfect command of Google environment (AdWords, Google Analytics) and ideally HTML and other programming languages (Javascript, CSS).

Languages : Fluent English mandatory, another European language is a plus.

Personal characteristics : Dynamic, detail-oriented, analytical skills and strong ability to communicate

MISSION

Europcar International, holding of the Group, is looking for a Controller to strengthen its financial department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in the international Controlling Department, your main responsibilities, for a defined geographical area (Germany, Italy and Belgium), will be the following:

- Carry out data and dashboards analysis with particular attention to the information quality, reliability and transparency,

- Oversee and analyse monthly Group results, and, thus, contribute to the understanding of the potential gaps and propose appropriated corrective actions,

- Coordinate and challenge the countries' budgets and forecasts in order to make them ambitious and realistic,

- Set up and supervise the implementation of Group procedures,

- Participate in the implementation of a budgeting  and forecasting tool within the holding and countries,

- Enhance the countries' comprehension about the debt and cash-flow management,

- Propose and lead improvement actions...

PROFILE

Education level : Master 2, third-level degree in a Business or Engineering School with a finance specialisation

Previous experience : 3-5 years experience in Controlling, ideally in operational controlling within a Group controlling department. International experience is necessary. A good command of reporting systems (Hyperion, Cartesis, FCRS ...)

Personal characteristics : Autonomy, good communication skills and ability to adapt in order to communicate with numerous international interlocutors (finance, HR...), strong analytical  and synthesis skills, rigorous and committed to excellence

Languages : Fluent in English, ideally proficiency in an other European language (German, Italian...)
